Two years as Head, HRD at my organization in addition to my technical and research responsibilities. Carried out the following during these two years.

 

• Developed an online platform for paperless interaction of employees with HRD division

• Arranged internship for B. Tech students and technical projects for M. Tech students 

• Conducted open forum meetings for employees of various cadres

• Organized in-house technical training for our employees

• Arranged continuing education programs for our employees
